My Design Process
Not every project fits a one-size-fits-all approach. I assess each initiative individually, tailoring the process based on available time, resources, and goals. Early in my career, I was trained in the Four D’s methodology—Discover, Define, Design, Deliver—and I often use this as a flexible framework to guide strategy and execution.
Discover
Identify the core problem or opportunity—and most importantly, the rationale behind why it matters.
Define
Establish feasibility scope, align on goals, conduct user research if needed, and set a clear project timeline.
Design
Explore, refine, and present creative concepts while collaborating closely with key stakeholders.
Deliver
Package and hand off final design assets. Support QA, setup tracking, analyze performance, and iterate.
About Me
I live in Phoenix with my husband, Paul, and our four-legged daughter, Maggie. As a native Arizonan, I have deep family roots here—fun fact: my grandfather hosted a local TV show for 36 years. I’m also a proud third-generation Arizona State University alum—Go Sun Devils!
I’m passionate about solving problems, uncovering new opportunities, and streamlining processes—both at work and in everyday life.
Outside of work, I love exploring new places and always seek out animal encounters. I’m learning about aviation to be a supportive co-pilot wife. And having grown up watching golf, you’ll often find me on the course with family and friends—even if my swing still needs a little work!
