As an early-stage startup, Paradox needed to establish a compelling brand identity and marketing strategy that could differentiate its AI recruiting software in a competitive HR tech landscape.
SOLUTION
Collaborating closely with the CEO and executive team, I built the brand from the ground up—defining visual identity, messaging, and marketing campaigns. I led creative direction for sales enablement, product storytelling, trade shows, and digital marketing while mentoring a growing creative organization.

Helped scale the company from startup to a $1.5B valuation. Secured 150+ enterprise clients, including McDonald’s, P&G, and Unilever. Created a unified brand experience across all touchpoints (digital, video, environment, and events). Elevated company culture through brand design, office environments, and visual storytelling.
