Fender needed to modernize its digital experience to reflect its iconic brand, unify global product launches, and reach a new generation of musicians through direct-to-consumer channels.
SOLUTION
As Interactive Design Manager, I led a digital team to launch Fender’s first e-commerce platform, introduced UX and email design best practices, and managed cross-brand design for Fender, Gretsch, Jackson, and Charvel.

Designed Fender’s first e-commerce platform, generating $4M+ in sales and 2× site traffic. Delivered 200+ digital product launches across global brands. Boosted engagement: +75% email, +21% social, +178% retail dealer activation. Improved design workflows and team collaboration across marketing and digital.
